At Amar, we're on a mission to introduce the vibrant flavors of the Middle East and Indonesia to our local community. Our restaurant is the brainchild of acclaimed chef Emad Al Amad, who grew up immersed in the rich culinary traditions of Palestine and Indonesia.

 

After honing his skills in top kitchens around the world, Chef Emad returned to his roots, determined to share the beloved dishes of his heritage. He saw an opportunity to create something truly unique -

a menu that blends the bold spices and techniques of these two distinct cuisines in unexpected and delightful ways.
